Added Apache Cloudstack icon (#3023) 
* Added  Apache Cloudstack icon

* Corrected the hex value and shape by fixing the .ai to base .svg conversion settings.

* Removed a fill attribute from the .svg file.

* Fixed the vertical alignment by moving the artwork by 0.32 pixels.
