697eda5c55 Add Cash App icon (#1007) 
* Add Cash App icon SVG

* Add Cash App logo details

The logo consists of a gradient from #00C244 to #00D64B. I opted for the
former (which is a bit darker) as their interfaces tend to use darker
shades of green as well.
